An illustration for an article written by Daniel Wilson in the September edition of Fortean Times, alongside a couple of sketches for an alternative idea I was playing with.
A bit late but I just wanted to say that as a Fortean Times subscriber for 20 years this is one of my all-time favourite illustrations in the magazine!
It was a really good article and I remember thinking at the time how appropriate the illustration was. There is a combination of slight humour and extreme eeriness. The colour picture (the one used in FT) is better than the two other ones as an illustration. Well done!
